SP-600 tile levelling system

Tiling with a levelling systems is a modern work method, thanks to which working time is significantly reduced, efficiency increased and tiles on a floor or wall are laid perfectly.

The new SP-600 system combines durability and low weight. We decided that for a mass-market product, maximum weight reduction and the use of recyclable material are of key importance. The new clip and wedge are lighter than the previously used ones by approx. 40% for the former and approx. 10% for the latter. A reduction of the system’s weight has allowed plastic consumption to be reduced by approximately 20 tonnes per year. The wedge provides a greater tile support surface and levelling range. We started the design process by interviewing users of the current systems. In order to create a product tailored to professionals’ needs, prototypes and final versions were also subjected to testing by target users.
