BASIC spades

The project consisted in designing a spade that would be economical to produce, and ergonomic and durable at the same time. The spade can be used in hard soil and makes digging, planting and root removal both easy and safe. Its ergonomic handle ensures that the user assumes a correct and stable posture during work, minimising muscle tension. The handle’s shape allows a secure and comfortable grip. The induction-hardened head is made of high-quality boron steel, with additional reinforcement ribs. The spade head has an integrated, durable metal footplate, which provides support when driving.
